THE ASK

The client, S’well wanted to revamp one of their original product lines, Teakwood. They asked for my team’s help to help them with creative ideation, and we came up with multiple campaign ideas to highlight the Teakwood product line

MARKET RESEARCH

In order to better understand how S’well was situated in the water bottles and food container market, we conducted a variety of competitor analyses on companies including Contigo, Klean Kanteen, Corkicle, Ello, etc.

S’well is an aspirational lifestyle brand that has an emphasis on sustainability. The company is involved in a variety of environmental initiatives including being a B-certified corporation and creating eco-friendly products.

THE SOLUTION

As a brand Swell is aspirational but it’s also sustainable. The Teakwood line has a sophisticated design that emulates wood. We wanted to create a campaign showing how versatile the Teakwood line is. So we came up with a compare and contrast campaign highlighting both the product’s features but also coming up with a narrative around all the places you could take the product, inspiring the wanderlust in Swell’s consumers.

 

 

PHOTOSHOOT

In addition to ideating the direction of the campaign, as a team, we created some visual assets of our own staging a photoshoot, featuring Berkeley students and some of the quintessential Berkeley locations
